First of all, select one goal or problem statement. Then, write it clearly and check it to make sure that it is understandable. Break into small groups (no more than 7 people per group); each group selects a recorder.
1. Each group start brainstorming for several minutes.
2. Find out which group has the most ideas, and then each group will be given one more minute to continue finding new ideas and they are able to beat their record.
3. Again, stop thinking, and find out the new record of the number of ideas; Give the last one more minute to think about new ideas.
Follow-Up Required:
At last, the facilitator will find out which group has the most ideas, add up all ideas together, and each group will report on its ideas. In three times brainstorming, the total group will calculate how many ideas have been found out. Positive reinforcement should be given to the total group for finding so many creative ideas. Background
