Procedures: 

At the beginning of a meeting it is selected/randomly/ the order in which every participant is going to take part in th exercise. When the order is stated the meeting starts as scheduled. The "Ice breaking and energizing" exercise is that every 30min of the meeting one person should stand up and walk around the whole room twice, and then sit down on his/her place again. The aim is that every person should remember his/her turn. Through this exercise more flexible and informal atmosphere is provided, also every 30min there is a short break of 1min.
