The facilitator will have to know what to problem is about from the inside to be able to think with the possibilities and disadvantages etc.Procedures:
First, an idea or possible solution has come up and needs to evaluated. The group comes up with as many advantages as possible of for using this idea. When all advantages have been listed the group then lists as many limitations as they can. The unique qualities of the solution are written down. The advantages, limitations and qualities are compared and the group decides if the solution is appropriate.
