1. Explain the importance of having physical activities in a group when planning or learning. Say that this is a quick injection of energy.<br>
2. Ask the students to stand up. <br>
3. Ask them to slowly begin stamping their feet. Have them stamp faster and faster.<br>
4. Stop, have them spread their arms wide, put their fingers in the shape of claws and roar like a lion.<br>
