Procedures: 

1. When it seems that the group is stuck and simply need to hear what they have decided, the facilitator asks, "Is there someone who would say what they think the group has decided so far?"<br>
2. Ask if the group agrees.<br>
- a. If they don't ask what they disagree with and focus on reaching agreement about that.<br>
- b. If yes move toward closure.<br>
