Procedures: 

1. Arrange the room so that everyone can see everyone elses face.<br>
2. Give a brief statement of the topic.<br>
3. Explain the process. Everyone can speak without interpretation. People can speak when ever they are moved to or one after another going from left to right. there is a time limit (or not)..<br>
4. After everone has made their statements discuss the ideas that came up.
