Two main activitie: vision making and idea generation.
During vision making participants work in role groups. They are called to develop their own vision in a positive and negative scenario. During a plenary session they develop a common positive vision. During idea generation, working on themes group, they generate ideads that can contribute to the realisation of the common vision
