Procedures: 

1. The first day of many workshops often focus on vision - goals - "where we want to go" and contradicitons - obstacles - challenges, etc. Clients then want concrete practical courses of action to be determined on the second day.<br>
2. Sit with the key stakeholders of the workshop on the evening at the end of the first day and have them discuss and decide the <u>key questions which must be answered</u> for the workshop to be considered a success.<br>
3. Use these the next day <br>
4. Small groups are formed (usually 3 or 4 depending on the size of the workshop).<br>
5. Each group is given selected questions with instructions to formulate recommendations each question.<br>
6. The recommendations are reported in plenary and then discussed for clarity, etc. until consensus is reached.
