Procedures: 

1. A person is voicing dissatisfaction with the program.

2. The facilitator says, ?You?ve raised an interesting point, (the name of the person), what do others think??

3. A discussion follows that allows this to be handled at a peer level.

4. The process needs to be observed and facilitated to keep it from becoming an argument.

5. When the person either agrees to leave or to participate in a more helpful manner, the facilitator moves on in the process.
