Procedures: 

<p>1. As the group to list their personal goals for the session.<br>
2. Put those up on the flipchart paper. <br>
3. The facilitator puts up their list of goals. These should also include the organiztional goals for the session.<br>
4. The facilitator then enables alighment between the two lists.</br></p>
