Pin boards have a soft material such as cork that pins can be stuck intoA number people use pin boards with sheets of paper. The sheets can be the size of the pin board which allows the facilitator to use the sheet like a white board. This creates a record. Users of pin boards also can use a variety of smaller sheets.
